The Titan Pacific Group, established in 2003 by Glen Vause and Paul Gillespie, was created to pursue superior residential, multi-family, recreation and resort real estate opportunities located in Western Canada. By partnering with local builders and developers in Alberta and British Columbia we have the winning combination of “locals knowledge” and sound financial and project management to deliver maximum returns to investors, partners and the company on time and on budget.

Titan Pacific Capital – The investment arm of the Titan Pacific Group. Develops and markets unique investment vehicles that maximize returns and cash flow for our investment partners. In the fall of 2006 a new RRSP eligible product with a twist will be available. Titan Pacific Properties - The development arm of the Titan Pacific Group works closely with our Joint Venture partners and focuses on sales and marketing, project management, planning and land acquisition. For each project w e assemble a team of professionals appropriate to the needs of that specific project to complete the project on time and on budget.

Glen Vause

Mr. Vause has 10 years experience in real estate development and investment. In the past 5 years he has held senior executive positions with Titan Pacific Group, DVDPlay Canada and West Coast Financial. Previous to this Mr. Vause was Founder and President of Surf Station Internet Kiosks.

Paul Gillespie

Mr. Gillespie has 10 years experience in real estate development and investment. In the past 5 years he has held senior executive positions with Titan Pacific Group, DVDPlay Canada and was a consultant at West Coast Financial. Previous to this Mr. Gillespie was President of Nautical Solutions.
